Team EDA have successfully delivered highly complex Gas Infrastructure Projects valued up to $150M and were an Integral Part of Delivering $20 Billion Dollar Project.

We understand that most of our client’s projects are schedule constrained, and accordingly build in contingencies at the commencement of the project to ensure timely project delivery. We strive to eliminate project delays, as these will eventuate in variance to the project budget.
EDA’s approach is to pro-actively identify Potential Risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays in the Project Schedule and variances to Project Budget.
