About this Project

EDA is engaged to provide Portfolio and Program Management to deliver Lower Murray Water’s Capital Works Program.

EDA have successfully managed and delivered two portfolios valued at approximately $15M.

Portfolio 1 was comprised of the following Programs:

1. Upgrades to UV, Water Treatment Plants Power
2. SCADA and Control (Water, Sewer and Irrigation)
3. Asset Performance and Condition Monitoring (Water and Sewer)
4. Sewer Pump Station Replacement Program
5. Mildura Water Treatment Plant Carousel
6. All Site Sewerage Pump Station Switchboard Replacement/Upgrade Program
7. Red Cliffs Water Treatment Plant Capacity Upgrade
8. Water Treatment Plant Filters Replacement Program
9. General Construction Program (Building refurbishments, Roads etc)
10. Generators

Portfolio 2 was comprised of the following Programs:

1. Irrigation Mains Replacement Program
2. Water Mains Replacement Program
3. Sewer Rehabilitation Program
4. Metering and Telemetry Program
5. Valve Replacement Program
6. Irrigation Drainage Pits Replacement Program
