About this Project

The scope of the project was to carry out the Feasibility studies and Development of Master plans and Delivery of projects in the same financial year for 7 Gold Coast Tourist Parks. This included – 

• Master Planning
• Project Management
• Design Management
• Procurement Management
• Construction Management

Key Achievements

• Development of 10 year Capital Works Program by conducting Profitability analysis, Break even analysis.
• Prioritized and delivered the projects that are most cost effective and generate high revenue to the business.
• Established tailor made procurement strategies to design and construction of the projects.
• Note: This project was managed directly by EDA Principal when working for others
